What is the CrowdStreet Marketplace?

The CrowdStreet Marketplace is an online platform enabling CRE sponsors to publish & promote investment offerings directly to our existing audience of over 25,000 registered investors.  The Marketplace platform enables investors to complete the full subscription process from initial offering review, to offer submission, e-signing of subscription documents, investor verification and electronic transfer of funds – often in less than 24 hours.

We’ve created a rapidly expanding online community of high-net-worth investors who are actively seeking to co-invest with sponsors. Our investors span the risk spectrum, from low-risk, yield oriented investors to higher-risk, total return investors. CrowdStreet’s ‘direct-to-investor’ model provides sponsors with direct connections to our investors, so you know exactly who your investor is and can develop the long-term, loyal and repeat relationships that help drive your business through varying market conditions and cycles. CrowdStreet Marketplace eligible investment structures are often superior to what’s available from institutional investors in terms of certainty, speed and cost of capital.
